Decadent Catering,  (formerly Event Handlers) has been providing an exceptional catering service to clients in the second city of Montego Bay, Jamaica since 2008. We cater to a variety of events such as weddings, cocktail parties and corporate meetings as well as provide private chefs for small intimate dinner parties and food styling for photography. Camille Royes –  Owner, Business Development Manager

As co-owner, attorney-at-law  Camille has over 12 years experience in corporate Jamaica in legal and regulatory affairs. While doing post-graduate work in London she had the opportunity to work and gain valuable experience as a temp at a premier event management company and which has prompted her foray into full-service catering. Her main roles include sales and marketing and finance.  She is detailed and meticulous and provides all the support for all staff to perform beyond expectations.

Colleen Royes- Owner, Executive Chef

Colleen has been a professional chef and caterer for more than five years. As owner and executive chef, Colleen intimately understands the Jamaican food and event scene, having worked at the prestigious Round Hill Hotel and Villas, where she honed her skills using the best quality ingredients for high-end clientele.  Her strengths include logistics, designing menus and events to accommodate every budget, style and taste.

Marvin Robinson- Chef de Cuisine

Marvin is one of the bright young stars of the culinary landscape in Jamaica. He has been nominated in 2010 by the prestigious Jamaica Observer Food Awards as Chef of the Year. In 2011, he copped the coveted Chef of the Year Award in a competition adjudged by peers and colleagues in the Culinary Federation’s Taste of Jamaica event.  Marvin’s creativity, culinary skills and techniques are unparalleled. A true perfectionist Marvin will do whatever it takes to create an exceptional meal.
